The Main Floor brings together the details of a 1910 Craftsman and the comforts of a fully equipped apartment. Two king bedrooms and an additional twin sleeping nook give your group separate places to rest. The spacious living room, formal dining room, and bright kitchen make gathering easy.

This is one of two private apartments within the house. The rear patio is reserved for Main Floor guests; the larger backyard and BBQ area are shared. Historic details include original floors and the occasional creak.

Walk or bike to downtown Davis, cafés, the Farmers Market, and UC Davis. Self check-in lets you arrive at your own pace.
